The software formerly referred to as "weather sticker", which it turns out is a registered trademark of Weather Underground, has been renamed as "weather graphics" and is now available in version 6.1 at:
http://scripts.anolecomputer.com/download.shtmlThis change has resulted in a number of significant impacts particularly if you are attempting to upgrade the script from an older version or if you have made modifications to the script to customize it to your needs:
"sticker.php" has been renamed "wxgraphic.php".
Function "write_sticker" has been renamed "write_default".
wxgraphic.php variable "$sticker_icon" has been renamed "$default_icon"
The config.txt variables "$sticker_icon_x" and "$sticker_icon_y" have been renamed "$default_icon_x" and "$default_icon_y" respectively.
All graphics named "sticker" are now renamed "default". ie: default.gif, default.png, default.jpeg This is something that I'd been wanting to change for a while but I didn't have a good reason to do so until now.
All references to the previously named "sticker" graphic are now referenced as "default". This includes function calls within the script. This may be important to you if you have made any modifications to the script.
Additionally:
Transparency support is now turned off by default.
Base image creation has been simplified.
Otherwise, functionality is unchanged. You should be able to use your existing 5.x config.txt file if you make the following changes:
Replace any and all occurrences of "$sticker_icon_x" with "$default_icon_x"
Replace any and all occurrences of "$sticker_icon_y" with "$default_icon_y"
Replace any and all occurrences of "write_sticker()" with "write_default()"
