WD not counting sunhours in report *SOLVED*
« on: July 28, 2009, 02:50:57 AM »
At the end of the month, i want to print out a report, but the sunhours dont show up.
I must be doing something wrong. In the main window everything looks ok and the grafs are shown as well.
But not in the reports, why?
Any advise?

you mean in the screen shot of the graph?
does the data show in the logfile, 72009lgsun.txt?

Quick answer!
Yes i would like to see it in the graf of the screenshot. In the program main window everything looks OK.
No, the 72009lgsun.txt file is empty.

I have noticed that my reports are almost empty, and that I cant show a single day as I want to. I power off my PC at night, and WD resets the values at midnight. Must I have the PC on 24/7 for this to work correctly ?

I cant be specific to all the files, But there are some files that update at midnight and if your PC isnt on, they will not update.

I had my system running all night and, yes, suddenly everything looks much better.
Hopefully there is a way around this.

When it comes to logging weather data on our computers. The best way to avoid problems it to leave the computer running.

Thanks,
