The order of the VWS csv file was posted on the old forum. I can't remember if it was ever posted here. I might have it in some of my old documents. I'll do some digging today and see if I can find it.

Thanks,
Anthony

The order of data in the csv file is documented in the manual, page 28.

I haven't delved more into it due to isp problems I'm still having, but the .csv export columns should match up to the items selected under SETTINGS/FILE SETTINGS/CREATE-MODIFY FILE LIST. The 1st checked item will be the 2nd column, etc [1st column is DTG].

WD does successfully import both VWS and WU. 1037Ob2.

The key is to import monthly, using CSVed, to create seperate monthly files. WD only imports the monthly, long format.

The bad news...my 2009 VWS dbase.csv has not been updating properly. After the dbase file reaches capacity, it should write to the 2009 file.  That hasn't been happening since Mar09, after doing a VWS beta upgrade earlier in the year...probably the major beta upgrade that did some serious changes.  I highly advise you to check your 09 master db. My 09db is 1Jan-16Mar. The dbase file is 21May to current.

Thankful WU has the dailies. Cut and paste into monthlies to fill the blank 2 months.
I'm just happy to make the transition.

That function was removed, but Ed have said that he will put it back.
The version that have that function is ver 13.01 p09

I've been using v14 since Nov07 and it flawlessly collected data and populated a seperate yearly db until Feb-Mar09, then stopped. Not sure if it was me or due to those major software updates during that timeframe.
