So my station is like maybe a month old. I looked this morning and it said Outside Battery Low. I reset console, replaced outside batteries and reset outside unit. Still no temp/humidity or solar. Always reported wind and pressure just fine. Also LED flashing every 16 seconds as it should. Seems like maybe solr panel died.

Would you say this is a dead unit?

Even if the solar panel stopped working, the array should send outdoor T/H, wind, rain and solar readings running on batteries.
Even though it cannot be finally decided if either the array or the console or both are defective, as it is just one month old, I would get the complete station replaced on warranty. To find out if the console is working properly you would need a 2nd console (e.g. a GW1100).

 Appreciate the help @Gyvate. I ordered a replacement thru Amazon where I initially bought it. I live in a pretty harsh environment with high winds and lots of salt. I hope these thing last at least a year normally here.
