Topic: WS-5000 lost connection with outside array after connecting with old array

I received a WS-5000 Ambient Weather station and set it up with no issues. However sometime in the first couple days it connected with the older Ambient weather array I removed and was reporting the data from that unit which was sitting in another room in my house. I have since removed the batteries from older unit and removed from property. New base unit will not reconnect with new array. please help

Have you tried re-registering the outdoor arrays with the console. There is a re-register option within the console settings.

This can also be done with the awnet app for android/Iphone

Sorry , forgot you can't do that with the ws-5000 unless I'm mistaken. Has to be console I believe
