Are these two different divisions or companies?  Ive purchased from the non weather site and only have just noticed which seems more retail oriented.   Are they faster to ship? calculates shipping at checkout, has it in the price.  I have noticed, that for most products shipped to the US, is cheaper -- but I didn't do a fully loaded cart to see if there is a breakeven point.

They are both the same company though.
Why they have two websites with different prizing approaches - and different availability of goods is still quite enigmatic.
