Not going to be a good day for the folks in southern Louisiana. Up to 150mph.
Didn't know that Katrina also hit on August 29th.
My heart goes out to those people up there.  :-(

I wonder if they are having power issues already. A couple of them South of Port Sulphur going 5 minutes stagnant now.

All of these stopped reporting early this morning. One station with Davis Vantage Vue managed to report 89 Mph gusts before it went down. Watching those pressures drop is just incredible.
