Cron Job Help

I am trying to setup a cron job to run my Tweet wx but its not working.  I have it set to where I get emails when the cron job is carried out and I haven't got any.  Here is job: /usr/local/bin/ea-php74 /home3/ekyrrher/public_html/TweetWX-conditions.php    and its set to run every thirty minutes.  Am I doing something wrong?
