Topic: Sensor Array not communicating

Hello, tried to search for my issue but no luck for me…I’ve had the Ambient Weather WS-1550-IP setup for a little over 2 years with no issues. Replaced the batteries on the sensor array (WH65B, I think) and now it won’t connect to the ObserverIP module. I’ve tried a hard reset on the array and reset on the observerIP but still nothing. Thermohygrometer sensors connect just fine. I’ve contacted ambient weather support but at this point they say I need to replace the array. Just trying to exhaust all options prior to doing that, as I struggle to believe battery replacement would cause this issue. Any suggestions from you fine folks? TIA.
