What is snow roller? A kind of snowball. Is it man-made? Or by nature? Rare weather phenomenon.

Not rare at all up here (Canada).  We call them 'snow cookies'.  They form on slopes when some snow falls off a tree and starts to roll.  Just like kids make a snowman.  I've seen them to over a meter high!

I will look.  BTW, you do NOT want to hit one when you are downhill skiing.  They are hard ("Death Cookies")

I will try and dig up a picture. A few years back there were hundreds of thousands in the fields around my town one afternoon when I came from work. Weather network has an informational video about them. Exact certain conditions and a sudden strong wind makes them roll up in the open fields. Most in the 6 inch dia range.....many a foot or so.
