I know I have done this before, but it has escaped me how to set it up.
I have two weather stations. Station 1 in Meteohub is my Vanatge Vue with USB Logger, and Stations 2 is a Meteostic.
I want to connect using WeeWX to my meteohub, and this was working for many years until my pi crash.
Now after restoring from a backup I cant connect, and I get:

Aug 29 14:04:13 weewx weewx[26210]: engine: Unable to load driver: [Errno 111] Connection refused
I telnet to port 22222 and indeed get connection refused.
Any ideas?
