There is still some room on my HD for some more Wx webcams.

Someone who is interested?

I recently added a cheap webcam to my front page.  Mostly just to see if I could get it to work.  Not much to see in my front yard and not fringe on the neighbors.  But have a view of the street in front of my house. Looking south and not a very good view to any weather/sky conditions. (Sigh)

Like I said, it's a cheap (42USD) camera.  Using Where's James (?) software.

I would like to improve on it someday, but don't really have a good view in any  other direction at my place, so much too much value in having it.  I might try video someday and turn it into a "neighbors-who-walk-their-dogs-to-crap-in-other-peoples-yard" camera.

Link  http://www.centraliaweather.com/webcam.jpg

That is so funny about the dogs crapping in other people's yards. Nice neighborhood by the way.

I'm game, if you don't mind another from New Mexico:

I see you use a thumbnailer so I shouldn't worry about my 1024x766 size, correct?

Yeah, I realize that. It used to be just a "404" screen until I found that goofy dog thing posted in the forum here.

Someday, I'll get around to actually putting stuff in those two links... someday. Took me a good year before I actually put a 'Contact' link in there.

So far, I keep hearing John Fogerty singing in the background - "Someday never comes..."  ](*,)

Lars,

Here's the link for my webcam. The view is to the SW and shows the Carson Valley in Minden, Nevada. Lake Tahoe is just over the ridge to the west. I am located about 40 miles south of Reno. The mountains are the Carson Range and have peaks from 9,000 feet to 10,900 feet.

Thanks Man!  Most of the credit goes to the LWC weather software!  It generates my web pages for me.  I did create the Time-Lapse movie gallery that I just added though!

Ooops!  Thanks for reminding me!   I forgot all about the link on here!  Changing it now.  :)
