Hello, my English is not so good, but i try to do my best
Every night at 01:00 is WU ofline, but Weathercloud not.
What is the problem??

What is your station brand and model? Are you using just station hardware to upload or are you using some software? It might help to know what is your WU station ID.

Also at 1 AM when you go offline, how long is it gone offline for? When does it come back?

When I check your WU Dashboard, I see continuous uploads, also around 1:00 AM  CET = 24:00 UTC

What is exactly your "offline" problem?
Maybe the databases need some time to switch to a new day around 24:00 UTC, but i do not see any gaps in the uploads.

How did you find Tom's WU ID or map location? This was his first post so there are no other clues. His forum location has his town but no map location. In both WU and WeatherCloud there are several stations in that town.??? I don't know how you did that?

I could be mistaken, but he I thought I remembered him from using the  Leuven-Template.
At least we can check, if he has another account, if that other account has different problems.
But no other account IIZEGEMn was active.
I found similar problems with no upload between 24:00 UTC - 10:00 UTC, will make the circle larger

IIZEGE1 and IIZEGE2 use EasyWeatherV1.3.2 according to WU.
They seems to upload OK in the night.

Looks to me like the super capacitor is not making it through the night. Depending on station model it is either using a super capacitor or rechargeable batteries. In either case I think they need to be replaced.

What model station do you have? Some Fine Offset clones use a super capacitor (the newer ones). The older models use rechargeable batteries.

Could be, but three stations close to each other, same period black-out at WU, but still uploading to WeatherCloud?
I checked the uploads for all stations in IZEGEM to WeatherCloud and all have 24/24 uploads with slightly different values and graphs. So all 5 local stations there  are correctly uploading to WeatherCloud.
Using the WU-stations-page there are 3 stations NOT uploading to WU from 01:00 CET to 11:00 CET.

Maybe there is a setting in EasyWeather for stopping uploads?

I found two other  WU sites with the same problem, in the same "small" area of Belgium and using EasyWeatherV1.4.n

It are 5 stations which are off-line from 24:00 UTC to 10:00 UTC
Some commonality must be found between those stations.

Maybe you all used the same shop to buy these devices ?
or used the same person to setup those weather-stations ?
You all use EasyWeatherV1.4.n, maybe try to upgrade to latest version or to EasyWeatherV1.3.n ?
There are dozens of stations still uploading in the same region, but they use other SW-versions.

Otherwise you should contact WU with those 5 station ID's and let them check out.

I checked those stations this morning at 09:00 => all off-line for WU. The OP station was Ok at weatherCloud.

All 5 stations in the same area rermained offline from WU  from 01:00 CET to 11:00 CET
But were still continuously uploading to other websites such as WeatherCloud.
Which kind of battery problem would occur at all 5 stations at exactly the same time-frame ?
And at the same time the failing batteries should not affect the upload of weather-values to WeatherCloud?
There were also no "flat-lines" in the graphs at WeatherCloud.

It could be that WU is testing their upload-servers in that period. There are enough topics about that.
As WU is moving back to their old upload-server it is important to check tomorrow morning if they are again off-line.

If so, someone with good English should post a question on the FaceBook discussion how this can happen.

Misschien hebben deze 5 stations dezelfde winkel gebruikt om de apparaten te kopen?

Okay, I agree battery or super capacitor is unlikely due to WeatherCloud working.

I agree that ensuring that the latest firmware is installed as that could be the culprit.

Easyweather is Fine Offset clone hardware firmware or older PC software for some USB models. It would still be good to know what model we are dealing with.

Please feel free to write in whatever language is most comfortable for you.  French is just fine for me!

There is a problem that seems to be affecting Ambient stations.  The engineers are trying to identify and fix the problem.  It's apparently a thorny issue.  I will let you know more when I hear anything.  Feel free to poke me if you want an update.

All good now. This morning (FEB 6, 09:00 CET) all 5 stations are correctly reporting to WU.

The old WU-servers are doing their job.
We only have to keep our fingers crossed if the manufacturer will update the upload software.
