Does an Ambient 1400 only report to WU, or can it report to CWOP, PWS, etc?

The title says it all.  I want a 1400 for the inexpensive solar and UV data, and as a comparison to my Rainwise.  I know it is designed to easily connect and report to WU, but is that all it does?  Can it report to other weather services like CWOP and PWS too?

Out of the box, the WS 1400 only reports to WU, but is very easy to set-up, mine seems reliable/accurate so far (6 months) & they record all the data.

I have not done it but I understand the MeteoBridge is compatible with this station & will link to additional sites.
