WS-1001 and WU Rapid Fire

If the Sensor unit only sends data to the Console every 16 seconds, how does WU's rapid fire get 5 second updates?

Duh! After closer inspection, I realize WU is not actually showing updated data every 5 seconds. It is only showing new data every 16 seconds or so.
