Weather Graphic 6.3 now available.

Version 6.3 of Weather Graphic is now available for download:
http://scripts.anolecomputer.com/download.shtml

This version contains 2 bug fixes:

- Fixed a bug that caused failure of generation of the "Data Currently Unavailable" image.

- Replaced mb_convert_case with strtoupper due to compatibility issues seen by some users.
