THE SKY & JET STREAM VAPORS
« on: October 10, 2008, 03:18:58 PM »

Hi gang,

This is a photo taken with my weather sky pan cam.  The photo shows the sky full of jet stream vapors.

Has anyone in the group ever gotten into studying the jet vapors.  I have been watching and studying them since I was 14-15 years oid.  They are quite a weather forecaster.

When one can see the jets vapors such as noted in the photo, you will definitely have rain within 2 days, or a very overcast and misty day.  It depends on how sharp or dispersed- spread out the vapors are as to what will be happening. They very rarely fail as to what is going to happen.  From what I am seeing, we are in for a good wet one.

Give it at try some time, it really works once you learn how to read them.
