What do you make of this; the heat index here as I post is 82F.  The NOAA forecast calls for a low of ZERO (icons show it to be pretty chilly). :?

Here is a thumbnail with a link to a screencap:

Anybody ever seen anthing like this from NOAA before!

Yes, and I've posted it before, but it might have been on the old forum.

I'm searching now for the image, and will post again if I can find it...

It's probably a database bug. The system can't find the data so it plugs in 0s.

As good a SWAG as any!  :)

Someone playing around with the system, testing various output formats? They should probably be doing that on a non public server but I have to admit I'm guilty of doing testing on production servers from time to time.

NOAA has been "going crazy" for the past couple of days.

I've found that as any major weather event which may or is affecting the US, their servers go wacky and everything slows way down.

I can think of at least 3-4 times in the past couple of days where most of their data and webpages were down.

Yes, my convective forecast discussion for Ontario comes from the NOAA, and I have found that it doesn't aways display. I've been getting more than a few of "this page cannot be found" notices lately :(

Just saw the all 0's thing on my local forecast. It's still in my cached version and showing up on me web site!
