Updated my site with "winter" info.

With snow in the forcast for the northern part of my state, it may not be long before we get in on some too. Tis the season. So I added a "Winter Weather Page to my website.

I also just updated the ajax-dashboard with the winter version that includes snow. The summer version has the swimming pool temp and I don't think that will be needed for a few months.
