Looks good!

Took a while to load, but that's probably due to the firewall here at the office - and the fact that we still use IE6!  #-o

thanks for checking it out. I would like to know if it's hard to load. Maybe I have too much on the home page. I do know sometimes foxfire is better at websites from webs.com

Looks nice. I like all the cams. It gives you a feel on whats going on across the state of MI. Where did you get this radar image from? http://sirocco.accuweather.com/nxssa_R1_640x480d/R1/inxR1kptka.gif

Id like one like that from the Dodge City,Kansas area.

Just curious why you have the maps above the forecast? I'm guessing people are more interested in seeing the maps?

If you are going to leave the forecast where it is (below the maps) perhaps you may want to add a page anchor (basically a link to that part of the page) so its easier to get to without scrolling. I love the radar imagery but for a quick glance, my personal preference is to see the forecast first. Just trying to offer some friendly advice on layout. Sometimes your hands are tied and you cannot change things.

I do like that there are a number of camera's available. Also, the site loaded fine for me via wireless connection.

I did a lot of serching on the web for cams. Just google, Kansas webscams or Dodge City webcams. Try highway cams too. Local TV stations also have sky cams. Hopefully you'll find a variety to choose from to add.

Thanks for your opinions and suggestions. As for the forecast, I noticed many weather sites have the forecast shown on the bottom of the page. I guess seeing current conditions may be most important Not sure and I'l always willing to learn whats "best" for a weather site. I will add a link or easy click to go to the forecast rather than scrolling and see how that goes. Thanks again.

How did you get yours to look like this http://sirocco.accuweather.com/nxssa_R1_640x480d/R1/inxR1kptka.gif?

Just substitute ddc for the letters ptk in the url: http://sirocco.accuweather.com/nxssa_R1_640x480d/R1/inxR1kddca.gif?

FWIW, before using images off of Accuweather.com on your site, I would take a close look at their Terms of Usage to make sure you will not be in violation.

Hi again. I re-did the home page with the forecast up top and moved some other stuff around, hoping to make things more relevant with whats next to each out. Any comments are very much welcome.

I guess you could always run some testing or even ask your visitors for their feedback. I was wondering if you may have done some testing before and that is what the results recommended.

FWIW, I like the forecast at the top. We all have our preferences and you try on different hats to see which fits best. Keep up the good work. I see I have a boatload of work ahead of me with regards to my project/website.
