Those towns just seem to pop up outta nowhere off I-70. Love that country out there though, I am hoping this lead I have for a possible entry level position pans out at the Dodge City WFO.

Another website project I am a part of.

They do pop up but the grain elevators are a dead give away of the next town. You can see the water tower in hays  from Ellis and it's 12 miles away. Good luck with the project. Im in the dodge city forecast area.

Left Hays in the morning and caught a great KS sunrise. Hopefully I will be working at the DDC WFO and forecasting the weather for you there in Hays. Maybe (if I get the job) can hook it up and do some chases. There was a great tornado out that way yesterday. Looking at the pics it looks like it was a chasers dream storm.
