I don't think it qualifies as a "snowman" or "snowwomen".   While it might be made of "snow" it certainly doesn't have the shape of what one would expect one to look like.

Looks more like a snow tower.
All you need is Time, Aptitude and Desire ... and you can build just about anything...

It looks like they were still in the process of adding the anatomically correct parts to give it a gender as the picture was taken.   :lol:
