Looking for some inspiration for your web pages? Want a great-looking website but don't know how to design one?
I discovered a great resource containing thousands of page designs and layouts that you can use for your own website. They are all FREE for the taking (Open Source). You can use them as-is, or pick several designs and piece together your own. While most of these offerings are not weather-specific, I found several that could be used with a little modification.
A basic knowledge of HTML and CSS along with a graphics program may be required. I am in no way affiliated with this website.
