Apparently NOAA has changed the format their pages slightly. I have revised both the regular and advanced NOAA 5-day forecast scripts.

He debugged a few things on the advanced script and re-wrote the parsing info.
The advanced script now has a "force now" feature which allows you or visitors to force and update of the cache. It even auto displays on page.
