Title: Forecast Animated Gifs

Recently I updated files on my website but the Forecast Animated Gifs are not loading and it has reverted to original static gifs. I checked the server and all the animated gifs are there but not showing on the website. Is there a setting I need to change in order to get the animated gifs working ??

Edit: Just found the fix, changed .jpg to .gif for forecast icon type in the settings.php file.

Edit 2: The current conditions icon flashes a .gif image for a few seconds then back to .jpg. Where is the setting to change this?????
