Can someone post record wind chill script for dashboard?

you can add tags to your page. no script is needed unless you want  something more specific

The "Feels Like" is your wind chill, next to your thermometer.  It was setup this way so that in the summer, it shows Heat Index.  Winter is Wind Chill.  No flip flopping for seasons.
