On my Android tablet it wants me to set it up in the control panel. I don't see any stats.

Nice, but as Garth noted, you didn't setup the mobile page

I never thought about setting up a mobile page, I always use my tablet. I'll setup the bootstrap responsive page for mobiles.

Depending on how you set up meteotemplate, small screen and mobile device should be redirected to the mobile page ( I forgot to setup this page too, until a few weeks ago )
