NWS API appears to be down

I'm seeing this as well. I haven't been able to get an alert message for almost an hour now. Receiving 502 ("Bad Gateway") status codes.

They have a new email address at the NCO ops (nco.ops@noaa.gov). When the old address was active (toc.nwstg@noaa.gov) I'd hear back something within minutes. So I'm not sure if I got through to them.

I have version 5.14 of advforecast2.php and my wxforecast.php page today states:

"Sorry.. the forecast for Clay, NY is not available at this time.

NWS server has an error.

View the source of this page for additional information in HTML comments."

The forecast page was working earlier this morning.
The NWS must be doing maintenance again. Hopefully we will hear soon or see what is going on.  :-(
