Is Raining Sensor from Leaf Wetness Sensor

A while back, I was reading a thread where a user made a custom Is-Raining sensor from a Leaf Wetness sensor, using, among other things, a light bulb I believe.  It was one of those "this is interesting" moments, but then I forgot about it and didn't bookmark the page.  So no idea who it was or even if it was on this forum or not (but I think it was).  Anyway, as the title says, I want to try and make an is raining sensor using Davis' leaf wetness sensor.  Ideas?
