New webcam via FTP

My webcam is sending and is successful communicating with Wunderground, but the image is blank, and the devices say the cam is offline.  ](*,) It can't be this difficult. They need to provide instructions if they want something extra, because I don't see anything else I can do. I have tried every which way, including low resolution and taking out the '/' ...
Just shoot me.

That's very good result for WU  webcam. Still waiting 8 weeks now.............

I got one to work, but I had to create a second cam account. I deleted the first account I made because it would not work, and created a third hoping to get another camera up, but no dice on that one.

Anyone know how to get a sharper image through FTP? Mine is a little bit too blurry.
