I know several that have had Covid older than me 70's and even 80's. The key is to get your vitamin-D level up and you should be okay. D3 X 10,000 IU if heavy. D3 X 5,000 IU daily if normal. The heavier you are the more cells that can attack. Also, the darker the skin the less intake of D. Lots of good videos on the Covid thing if you stop watching MSNBC. My 69 YO cousin survivor of breast cancer had Covid but it was a walk in the park because her D serum level was around 70.
Other than the vaccine, I take Metoperol, Linzess,Colace, Simvastatin, Metformin, Monkulast, hydrochlothiazide,losartan,vitamin D3,etc. I also taught high school special education behavior disabilities for 20 years, physics , earth science and chemistry for 10 years before that. Nothing can Phase me. AND I can sing the lumberjack song.
