Title: Copy from Wunderground to CWOP?

Recently my old weather station finally died and I got a new Lacrosse V40-PROV2. I was able to connect it to my Weather Underground site KTXDALLA80 using the Weather Connect app.  My old station also uploaded to CWOP at FW5122. Does anybody know of a way to either do that upload directly from the included Lacrosse system or know of a way to upload the Weather Underground data to CWOP?

I used to use Cumulus on my old weather station and it would upload to CWOP and Weather Underground, but the new Lacrosse station does not have a USB port to connect it to a computer.

As far as I know, you can’t feed your pws data on WU to CWOP. Has to be direct. Doesn’t your console have wifi capability?

It does, but the ability to do anything with the data is pretty restricted. The manual gives instructions about how to connect to Weather Underground but nothing about connecting to other services such as CWOP or WeatherBug etc etc.

It's difficult to get data to CWOP. There are only a few ways that I know of. CumulusMX, Meteobridge, Weewx, WxDisplay. Weewx runs on Linux.

You can also search for a script that reads the data from wu and send to cwop ( like this for example: https://github.com/ToltingColtAcres/wu2cwop )

I'd be happy to help write software to get the data from the LaCrosse to CWOP.
