PHP RSS for Storm Prediction Center mesoscale discussions

This PHP will display the current mesoscale discussion (graphic and text) from the NOAA Storm Prediction Center ( http://www.spc.noaa.gov/products/md/ ) RSS feed ( http://www.spc.noaa.gov/products/spcmdrss.xml ).

The program is based on my prior NHC RSS feed program and includes a summary and detailed mode (along with an include-mode for both).
