Mine has come back to life now, I don't know if support did anything as I sent them a ticket. Many NE was down for about 30 minutes that I am aware of, couldn't log in to either app..  Sods law it's back now the storm has passed...

It had to do with Amazon Web Services.  WLL app was out for me this morning.  I went through the app to the Account section to Server Status for information.

If you suspect an issue then just look at: http://status.weatherlink.com/ . Bear in mind that it may take a little time for a new issue to be recognised, investigated and posted to the status page.

I did search google for any status page but couldn't find anything that's why i ended up here after reporting to Davis, totally forgot about the link in the app but after i'd logged out i couldn't have accessed it in the app anyway.

Thanks, i will bookmark it but trying to remember that i have done in the future might be problematic lol

It is, fortunately, a relatively easy one to remember given that Davis has simply made the status page a subdomain of weatherlink.com. All you have to do is to remember that you want to check the operational status of the weatherlink.com service and the URL really explains itself, ie status.weatherlink.com
