new firmware version for GW1100: V2.4.0

Hi!

There's a new firmware version V2.4.0 available for the GW1100.
Use the current WSView Plus app or the web interface (WebUI) of the GW1100 ("Device Setting") to update.

Changelog for V2.4.0:
- Optimized Socket secure closure

Updated and no problems so far.
