Topic: pwsweather support no replies

I've been trying to contact pwsweather support without success for the past few weeks.
Tried through the website and direct emails from past commutations, nojoy.

Today I seen this email address in another thread - support@xweather.com.  Gave that a try.

Is no one managing support?

Last I knew the creator of pwsWD hangs out at https://discourse.weather-watch.com/  and provides support there.  I no longer visit/support the discourse site so this may be out-dated info.  I'm not even sure we are talking about the same software.  Hopefully you find this helpful.

Update: support@xweather.com sent a canned email reply on 4/5/25. No other communications.

No answer to my questions. So tried making a new station, nojoy . I can, however, reactivate old stations ID's that I have retired.

Think it's safe to say PWSWeather has gone dark.

I can't say that their customer service will offer any service, but my site with them is functioning fine.
