If anyone has a known to be working complete setup for accessing NOAAPORT / Galaxy 28, I am interested and willing to travel. (I'm in North, TX)

I later realized this thanks to a friend steering me in the right direction. Thank you for pointing it out, I should have made the correction, I just didn't want to bump the thread.
