Topic: Acurite - what happened to their support

I purchased a 5n1 station a few years ago with display in Kitchen and then added a second display installed in my bedroom so I dress for today's actual weather!
Over the years I didn't need support often, but they were there when I did.  Today I tried to CHAT (10:30 AM DST) but nothing I did got me someone to chat with.  What am I missing other than someone in customer service?
