Weatherlink PC - webhost requires SSL/TLS

I am helping a user with his Weatherlink PC website upload issue.  His provider says:

--- Quote ---a secure connection (SSL/TLS) is now required to connect to us via FTP.
--- End quote ---
I have not found where that can be set in the Weatherlink Internet settings.
Is there any way to do that with Weatherlink PC?

I'm not certain, but I think that the PC version of WeatherLink only supports FTP (plain).

They may need to run relay software like BitVise SSH to locally receive the FTP and use SFTP to the website.

Thanks Ken.  I asked the webhost support, which is not GoDaddy, (wow, they respond quick with direct answer, compared to my experiences with GoDaddy) if there is any other option and they said:

--- Quote ---Unfortunately not, unless you want to update everything manually. I recommend looking for another software solution.

I looked at BitVise SSH and I don't think I can help him with that, and he certainly couldn't by himself.
May be time for my friend to try CumulusMX!
