During installation of PWS type CCare_DSX100 (= lookalike of Cresta/Bresser 5-in-1) use is made of ProWeatherlink.
For setup of the software the windows apply as shown at https://weathercloud.net/en/compatible-devices/proweatherlink.
'Setup' deals with the WLAN-interface, the uploads towards WUnderground and WeatherCloud, and selection of the ntp-source.
'Advanced' in addition has Location-setting related to sunrise&sunset and setup for a 3rd interface for data-output.
Nowhere in the manual a description for setup of this 3rd data-interface.

Impression that the 3rd interface might be for connection to a 3rd organisation, comparable to WUnderground and WeatherCloud.
Googling does not find information, only open questions.
Who knows how to setup this 3rd interface, and what is resulting output?

I think this post is in the wrong place. The software doesn't appear to have any obvious connection with Davis Weatherlink.

You might be right, but looking for supplier-identification nothing found.
Also search-scan within this forum (and other forums) without result:
therefore opted for 'nearest resemblance' based on name .....
If moderator deems shift required, no objection.

I have not heard of Pro Weatherlink but it is on the WC compatible devices, but not a Davis...
If the instructions aren't clear, contact WeatherCloud.

Kind of reverse engineering, searching left and right, in a Bresser-manual have found examples of application of this 3rd interface in ProWeatherlink for an uploadlink to AWEKAS:

Looking further ahead, however no info which type of upload-file is applicable.
Such info seems required to judge whether upload is compatible for any other organisations or applications.
If the originator of the software is not traceable/accessible, then resort to asking accessible, involved players:
- have asked AWEKAS which of their protocols is met by this type of upload
=> might provide layout of uploadfile, but not yet a response
- have asked WeatherCloud which other organisations can be 'fed' via this 3rd interface (and how)
=> in response they only divert me to the supplier of the PWS = Cresta-international
