NOAA Reports

I am a new user of weewx. I installed it on a raspberry pi4 thats running buster and I have imported my old data from cumulus and wunderground to build my weewx.sdb
My problem is that I cannot see the NOAA reports in my local index.html page (Seasons skin). Reports are generated with wee_reports command and they exist in the directory .../NOAA, however when I select for example Yearly Reports 2023 it shows me:

Loading NOAA/NOAA-2023.txt

and nothing happens.
Also Rss button generates an xml code page that I cant understand, it's just xml code.
Setup:
weewx 4.10.2      python 3.11.5
why is that?
