Clientraw.txt for Fresh WDL

Hello,
I would like to install Fresh wdl on a raspberry pi. but now i need a clientraw.txt. How do i get a clean clientfile.txt file.

You need to run software that creates the clientraw.txt:  Weather-Display or weewx with the weewx-saratoga extension.
