Error installing V 1.9.2

When I try to install the new version I get:

"An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:

DeleteFile failed; code 5.

Access is denied"

Anyone seen this before?

Weather Display:
that happens if the file to be replaced is in use
i.e the program is still running
make sure to exit the program (and any associated programs) before doing the install

(the same applies to updating any program)
