Davis VP .wlk file import fixed :) !

good news:)
I have the davis .wlk data file import working correctly, with this .zip update:

thanks to Steve (wxsoft)  (I had the size of some arrays set wrong and so that is why data was being missed)

thanks for you patience everyone, I finally got the import problem sorted out  :wink:
