I think that this issue was affecting my Pro RED as well. I have been trying new batteries in the ISS and T/H station, more gain on the RF side and it failed again this morning. I just updated to the 3.9 version and will check tomorrow morning as well as Monday morning since NWS is forecasting below 0°F again.

The issue was behaving like a signal loss when it gets cold, but it looks like I might have been "chasing ghosts"...  ](*,)

No idea whether this is your problem, but a couple of years ago it was discovered that the Vue's console greater sensitivity compared to the VP2's console worked better in colder temps, apparently due to a weaker ISS TX signal.

I was suspecting something like this myself. I do think that the problem might be the software bug for the meteobridge PRO RED. The next couple of days will tell, since we expect below 0°F temperatures here in Northern Michigan.

The temperature here dipped to -0.8°F this morning, and did not clip or lose data at 0°F like previously. I would like to see another dip well below zero before deciding that it is "fixed" but "so far so good"...

The prediction is for -9°F here tonight, so it should be a good test.

It got down to -9.9°F last night and the data was all there on meteobridge. It looks like the software fix took care of the problem.
