Heavy Weather Pro Ws 2800 printing problems

Have got Heavy Weather Pro WS2800 running on my PC, but when trying to print graphs or templates the message comes up 'UNHANDLED UNKNOWN EXCEPTION ERROR OCCURRED'.  This printing problem only occurs with this program.  Anyone else had this problem or any idea of a solution?

I don't know enough details to try and guess what the problem is but have a "work around fix" that may be an answer if you're interested.
Use MWSnap (http://www.mirekw.com/winfreeware/mwsnap.html). It's useful for many different things to capture a specific screen display to print / save. Great program!

I find that program very useful for a lot of things and use it all the time. I run a ws-2800 also but digging around I couldn't find a suggestion to your problem.
