Data Import program for weewx

Hi All,

I just recently completed data import from my old Rainwise system, using WeatherView32 software to new Davis Vantage VUE using weewx software.  Lots of challenges along the way, but great success in the end!

In the process of researching and developing method for the old data import, ran across Tom Keffer's original cvsConvert.py program.  I updated it for weewx version 2.6.1, so thought I would post it here for others to use.
