I just recently purchased a new 5 in 1. Upon opening the box, I noticed it did not have a mount or a debris filter for the rain gauge. Is this normal? Do these items only come with certain models?
I contacted customer service and it looks like they're sending me a mount (which I don't need), but no filter.
Has anyone had missing parts?
