Interesting paper on LF cyclic noise sources
« on: October 10, 2013, 08:45:18 PM »
I found this Freescale/UT paper online. The frequency ranges investigated fall into our area of interest for Blitzortung. It was written for smart grid data (Power Line Communication) OFDM systems, but I think that the noise types and spectra are in the band that we are looking at.

There are 3-d plots for a variety of noise culprits, captured with a Freescale PLC G3-OFDM modem.

It would be slick to run one of these plots during interference mode noise.
