Weatherlink LIVE connecting not with Bluetooth to weatherlink app

Hello.
Yesterday we open package and try connect to weatherlink.

The weatherlink connected by wire to router and flashing blue light for some minutes.

I have Bluetooth ON in mobile on weatherlink App. But it can't connect to the weatherlink console.

I had try with 2 different mobile and not work. Do we need to replace the weatherlink console?

Exactly what are you trying to connect to via BT? A WeatherLink console does not have BT, do you mean WeatherLink Live? Do you have a Davis Part #

I had done exactly as manual but not working.

Does the blue light on your WLL start flashing when you power it on?

You can only connect via Bluetooth during the time after a power cycle that the blue light is flashing.
